We went with bus and trains to Brno a big city with 400 000 people. We saw that people in public transport are very withdrawn. There is some moderns trains like in France but also old trains (locomotive). We arrived in the genetic museum with many Czech students. We had a guides who spoke well english so it was simple to understand what did he says. We discovered the reshearch from Mandel (experiences with peas) It was very interresting and there was an other part of visit with ludic plays about genetics (puzzle, quizz…). We continue with a walk to a high castle, we were very lucky because there was a beautiful landscape and panoramas. After the walk we were hunger so we went to eat in a traditional restaurant. Restaurant in France and in Czech Republik it is completely different… for example there are no bread, no starting no dessert and no glass with water. The strange things it’s that Czech people only drink juice and no water or not oft. In afternoon we visited a cathedral, it was a bit different than France, I think that the structure depend of the culture of the country. We were in Brno à big city so we decided to do a free time around the city, went shopping or ate. We met a girl in a shop and we spoke with her it was very funny because she was very friendly, open minded and spoke very well english, she told us her trip in Paris. Contrary at what we think before, all the Czech people speak english, there was teller in shop and in Mcdo who didn’t know any world of english. But this day in Brno was a good experience with some Czech meeting.
