This morning, we visited the Skoda company in the city. We went into a tractor and did a funny lap on a race.
At noon, we ate at school a lentil soup, mashed potatoes and fried fish. I didn’t like the dessert, it was a donut with marmelade and mascarpone.
I enjoyed my evening, we went in a cave, we had a really nice meal and the drinks were sweet. I ate fried pork with roasted potatoes and really good vegetables.
The daughter of the owners made a visit about their own wine. We saw all their barils. They make 15 000 liters per year, this is a small business. They sell all their bottles in their restaurant/shop.
We weren’t able to try their wine, but we tried a young wine at the beginning of the fermentation, it was quite good.
The place was beautiful, really rustic.
