Around 6 p.m. we leave for the restaurant. Can’t wait to know what we eat, impatient to eat local specialties or specialties that come from the country. Arriving at the restaurant we sit down to table and the chef brings us the plate. On the plate there is meat with an onion soup and sandwich bread. Visually, it makes you want to eat. Once tasted, we are surprised by the dish that the chef served us, it’s delicious. We had a great meal in the evening thank you for making us discover this dish. Cosson Stany
