This morning we have tested some local juices and smelled some distilled wines. We also discovered the hight-scool specialized in wine with the head. He needed a translator because he probably spoke only his native language and I found this difficult to understand. When Czech people’s speake generaly they are serious and stoic. During the day we also saw the incredible architecture of castles and big houses of the region of south Moravia. I was surprised by the recent renovation of castles and after I understood why. It’s because of the recent integration of the Czech Republic in the European Union who gives some financial subsides. I was also disturbed by the mix of architecture, in the castles of Lednice we had both «medival» architecture and «gothic» architecture with mire details.
