Prague was just a stunning city. Probably, the most beautiful that I’ve ever seen.
We spent our day in Prague, on Sunday, before to go back to France, with the Czech students.
We started by a visit of a beautiful park with a lot of trees and a big green space. We were able to admire the city, with its cathedral, its famous bridge and all the old buildings. The landscape was really nice.
Then, we went to the city center which is a quite old place with a lot of magnificent buildings and houses. The cathedral was just beautiful, many ornaments were in gold.
It was the first time that I saw the changing of the guard. I was laughing because it was a lot of moves for just a little thing. I admire the guards because staying static under a hot sun is probably really difficult.
I didn’t really like what we ate for noon. It was a mix of marmelade and pork in our sandwiches.
We could see that the city was really popular because there were a lot of people, many of them were foreign people. I was a bit oppressed among them.
To finish, I enjoyed my « vegan meal » with Capucine and Mrs Papin. We were bored of all this American junk food. While the others were at Macdonalds, we were eating a salad, fruits and vegetables in the bus. I appreciated this moment.
I spent a lovely time in Czech Republic. The teachers were really cool, the Czech students were kind, the holiday center was like a villa and I really enjoyed our card games with the pupils of my grade. I won’t forget this moment.
