On Saturday afternoon, the last day before our departure to France, we had a walk through the almond trees. I really enjoyed it because the landscape was absolutely magnificent. We walked for almost 2 hours, we had to climb until the peak : here there was a building to admire all the city, the valleys, the meadows and the fields.
The slope was sometimes quite steep. The landscape was almost the same as in Texas in the USA, there were horses like in the cowboys movies and the farms looked like the same as in the western movies.
We saw a big lake, it was really impressive. I really liked the atmosphere of this walk and its landscapes.
When we arrived at the peak, we had the possibility to try some almonds. Because there were a lot of almonds trees. So, we took some almonds on the ground and we broke them to try. They had a nice taste.
When we went up the steps of the building, the landscape was breathtaking. It was really hilly and colorful.
After we went to a concert in the church. I loved the music. The singer was really powerful, it was touching and stirring.
I had a beautiful day with nice people. Even if I was the last one of the group when we were walking…
