Hey!
On wednesday morning, at half past 8 we went to the Gymnasium to take the bus. With some Czech pupils we arrived in Valtice , a High school with a strange specialization, the wine. There are not a lot of school like this in czech, this is unusual. We met the headmaster and a translator, they showed us the High school, spoke about the education in this school and the wine production. It was funny when we arrived in a chimical lesson, in France it’s stricter when we must manipulate some substances, in Czech it is freer and more joyful, they were also only 4 kids …so simpler to do the experiences by yourself ! With us there was Adam, a Czech student who has his twins who was manipulating in the laboratory. It was a funny moment when they met again. After that we visited caves and a productor of alcohol. In the area of the production of alcohol there was a very big fermenting smell. We drank grapes and peach juices. It was very impressive because in the past they did 200 big bags of juice and now they do 10 000 big bags and it’s not enough. It was very tasty but i think too much sugary. Before lunch time in the High school we did a round in a market to buy some wine bottles. In the cantine, it’s completely different as in France because you have no choice of dishes and they don’t have dessert or starters. I also saw that Czech people ate very quickly, not like us.
